Oct 10/11 (published Oct/13)
v. 1.02
 - Added option to append Carriage Return and LineFeed
when sending a command. This is necessary for working
    with the K108.
 - Command text that has been already executed (ie: [Enter]
key has been pressed) is now automatically deleted when
the user starts typing in a new command.
(Existing command can be repeated by pressing [Enter] again.)
 - Better handling of the test for existence of a COM port.
The program will now error out gracefully.
 - Help file not updated
